Around the Clock Dance Company specialises in various
dance forms. Some of which are Jive, Cha cha cha, Salsa,
Bachata, Zouk, Casino de Rueda, West Coast Swing, Merengue,
Fox trot, Waltz, Tango, in couple forms and Texan Line
dance, Hip hop, Bollywood, Power dance, in the non couple
forms. Rock Around The Clock (RATC) was established
at its current base in Alliance Francaise de Bangalore,
Mid of Millers Road, Vasanthnagar. Rock Around The Clock
conducts regular classes in the dance forms mentioned
above.
Rock Around the Clock is committed to further dance
as not only a lifestyle but as a part of living. Creating
new dimensions in dance, Rock Around the Clock is dedicated
in showcasing ‘Dance’ as a universal art
form, as it explores diverse movement styles, contemporary
themes and innovative art creations. Students learn
how to personify dance - about dance as an attitude,
extending oneself beyond territories to express and
share body movements and dance techniques with their
dance partner(s).
